Construction & Contract Management
As a Construction managent consultant, our process is an open-book method. Depending on your situation, the remuneration to Lattice is either on a lump-sum bais for project management & construction services OR percentage margin applied to the construction cost.
We will manage the process on behalf you by:
– Breakdown the overall project scope into trade budgets
– Obtain Competitive tenders from selected trades
– Undertake tender analysis & interview target tenderes
– Provide recommendations based on our industry knowledge & best practices
– Sign up selected subcontractors
– We manage subcontractors contractually to ensure staying on track and budget and prevent cost blow outs
Design Management
Design management ensures that the intent of the original design concept is developed and delivered in the final construction plans.
During the design management process, your project manager ensure design elements are achievable in terms of your budget, quality time parameters.
The design manager will liaise with authorities, engages all relevant consultants and manages their performance and delivery within time parameters established at start.
The role of the design manager is to bring the best out of the design team and brings everyone to the table for a seamless and successful delivery of your design plans.
